Tasmanian Women's Register Appointment Certification Form

The Tasmanian Government is committed to maintaining equal representation of women and men in leadership and decision-making. 

This Certification Form must be included with all Cabinet Briefs for appointments to Tasmanian Government boards, committees and advisory bodies. It documents the steps taken to identify suitably qualified and experienced women for appointment, including promotion of the vacancy through the Tasmanian Women’s Register.

When you submit this form, you will receive an email containing a PDF copy of your completed Certification Form. This PDF must then be attached to your Board Appointment Briefing package before it is submitted to Cabinet.

All sections are mandatory unless marked optional.
