Apply to be a member of the Premier's Youth Advisory Council, Tasmania!

About the Premier's Youth Advisory Council

The Premier’s Youth Advisory Council (PYAC) provides young Tasmanians with the opportunity to meet with the Tasmanian Premier, Minister for Education, Children and Youth and other Tasmanian Government representatives to discuss ideas on how we can make Tasmania a better place.

We ask members on the PYAC to join us for two years. Meetings are usually held three times a year in Hobart or Launceston on Saturdays, with online participation options for young people living in regional or remote areas. We also hold additional online meetings throughout the year.

We welcome your application to join the PYAC, and we encourage all young Tasmanians aged 12-24 to apply. We want to hear from a diverse range of young people.
